It has been almost a year since our project was completed and installed. I was reminded again yesterday of the great service that Business Furniture provides. Carlos was sent to our location to address recall repairs on our Think chairs. I received several compliments on Carlos yesterday. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the delivery services for all of the new furnishings at the Villages of Bent Tree. Holt Truax was the "man in charge" of the delivery and installation team, and all went smoothly. They arrived early, very quickly unloaded crates and boxes, and kept the Leasing Center free of debris as much as possible. The furniture pieces were assembled quicker than I would have imagined possible, and I was quite pleased to note that nothing was damaged; not even a scratch! Having gone through these type of delivery and installation processes many times in the past, this is the first and only time that the entire process was so easy!
I have never seen a crew work so quietly, so diligently and so quickly. I can promise you that every time there is an opportunity to "sell" Business Furniture products and services to anyone needing commercial quality furniture, I will be referring them to YOU!
